Dear Lili,
You were the most adorable little girl I ever saw in my life. And other people thought the same way, too. Whenever we would go out people would yell out “Kawaii!” (How cute!) and were fascinated by just how pretty you were.
Here are just some of the pictures of you that I love.
I hope I can take more pictures of you soon. I’m sure you are as beautiful a young woman now as you were a beautiful child then.
Love you always, bubby,

It’s simply impossible to express just how much I miss this little kid.
Tony, I am linking to your site, even though you won’t get a lot of traffic from it. (I am well-but-modestly read.)
You have a tough equal protection situation, because of that whole sole custody nonsense, that—like most bad things that go on in Japanese society—hits the Japanese as much as foreign people, but tends to hit foreign people as a rule.
Don’t let the CRN guys bully you or take you off message. As I understand it, they are working on the abduction issue (children who are kidnapped against U.S. law), which is different from children who Japan, by operation of their own goofy law, tends to deliver to the mother–to the exclusion of the father.
It’s apples and oranges, and reading through your posts, I don’t understand why the other group doesn’t see that.
That’s okay, Hoofin. I’m modestly read as well, although I’m starting to attract a larger following thanks to Japan Probe and Tepido.
And you’re right that this is not a foreigner issue, and never has been. Were Japan to establish an equitable system of joint custody, or at least enforceable visitation, ALL left-behind parents would benefit — gaijin, Japanese, those with abducted children, and those who lost their kids in court.
I’ll go toe to toe any day with either of the two barking little poodle dogs at CRN Japan, especially The Kalmouse. Stay tuned and look beyond their supposed message of assistance to the left-behind parents whose kids were abducted across international borders. I wouldn’t trust these people with a bag of horse manure.
Like you, I’m a Jersey boy, and we don’t suffer fools and frauds easily. The other groups don’t see my message because they don’t want to. They believe that any charlatan who extends his hand in supposed friendship is, in fact, their friend. I’ve seen too many sunrises and tread too many miles on this Earth to be that gullible.
